These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services and the use of our text messaging system ("A2P Messaging") by users ("You" or "Your"). By accessing or using our services, including agreeing to receive Application-to-Person ("A2P") messages, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our A2P messaging services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
By subscribing to or using the A2P Messaging system, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing text message marketing and A2P communications.
You also agree to abide by the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") rules, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), and the guidelines set forth by mobile carriers and the CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association).
Our A2P messaging service allows us to send you text messages for the following purposes:
Transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, order updates)Customer supportMarketing messages (if you have opted-in for such communication)
By providing your phone number and opting into this service, you consent to receive messages from us through the A2P messaging system. Standard messaging rates may apply.
To receive A2P messages, you must voluntarily opt-in to our system. This can be done through a form, phone number submission, or other means of your choosing.
By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages, which may include marketing, informational, or service-related messages. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages.
If at any time you wish to stop receiving messages, reply with "STOP" to any of our messages. After doing so, you will no longer receive messages, except for essential transactional messages related to services you have requested.
By consenting to our A2P messaging system, you acknowledge that the frequency of messages may vary depending on the services you have requested. You will be notified of the expected frequency when opting in.
We value your privacy. We will not share your personal information, including your phone number, with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as needed to provide our services.

You agree not to use our A2P messaging system for the following:
Sending unsolicited or spam messages.Engaging in illegal activities, including fraud or deception.Violating the rights of any person or entity, including intellectual property or privacy rights.Using the messaging system in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with other users’ use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify the content of messages sent to you based on our service offerings, legal requirements, or other operational needs. You agree to receive such communications as part of our service.
We are not responsible for any delay, failure, or error in the delivery of messages, including due to technical or network issues. We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from your use of the A2P messaging system.
We may update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will be effective as of the date of posting. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.
